現(xiàn)場機(jī)臺(tái)跳這個(gè)異常
查好像是BUS通訊異常
一天大概會(huì)發(fā)生三次
復(fù)機(jī)後重開又好了.....

請(qǐng)問這是硬體的關(guān)係還是軟體有關(guān)係呢?

這個(gè)機(jī)器已經(jīng)使用很久
最近才發(fā)生這樣的問題
如果使用非法語句
那應(yīng)該是一開始就會(huì)發(fā)生.
是嗎?

最后兩個(gè)模塊上不是亮紅燈了嗎？還是在線監(jiān)看報(bào)警信息為準(zhǔn)。

SF紅燈是系統(tǒng)故障system fault；
BUSF紅燈時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障，它也可能引起SF亮。
所以優(yōu)先檢查網(wǎng)絡(luò)，尤其是網(wǎng)絡(luò)接頭。在紅燈亮起時(shí)在線監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊情況，通訊不上的子站會(huì)有一個(gè)紅色斜桿標(biāo)識(shí)，檢查或更換有紅杠的第一個(gè)子站接頭。

在線查看故障信息記錄也可以得到幫助，能分析是什么地方出現(xiàn)的問題。

通訊的問題，可能整個(gè)網(wǎng)中其它PLC是否斷電
